Ms. Guo holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in American Law from Boston University School of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. She has successfully passed the Chinese Bar Exam.

In terms of work experience, Ms. Guo has served as a legal intern at several reputable institutions, gaining extensive practical experience in various legal projects. She has been involved in legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal consultation in different organizations. Additionally, during her time at the court, she actively assisted with case management, communicated with the parties involved, and participated in drafting court trial records.
