Mr. Richard is recognized by the Massachusetts Bar Association and the U.S. Tax Court and is authorized to practice law in immigration and bankruptcy courts. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).  Mr. Richard received his bachelor's degree in law from Becker College in Worcester and a law degree from Massachusetts Law School in Massachusetts. Before law school, Mr. Richard worked as a Compliance Officer/Investigator for the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) to help to protect the rights of persons subjected to discrimination.
